Mobile Atomisers

Mobile atomiser systems are the perfect way to deal with odour and dust problems indoors and out. The mobile atomiser is produced as a self-contained unit and fitted with parts including pressure pump, atomiser, fan casings and electrical controls all sourced in the UK.

Our trailers are fitted with quality diesel generators, allowing the unit to be moved to remote areas while still being fully functional. The mobile atomiser tank holds 1100 litres allowing the machine to run from 8-24 hours spraying without refill.

Mobile atomiser trailer units and high-pressure spray systems used for remediation jobs can be considered similar but are not strictly the same. Here’s a brief comparison:

Both mobile atomiser trailer units and high-pressure spray systems are designed to control dust and odours during remediation tasks. They effectively atomise water or chemicals to create fine droplets that can settle dust particles and neutralise odours.

Mobility: Mobile atomiser trailer units are specifically designed for mobility, allowing them to be transported easily to various job sites. This mobility is a key feature, making them suitable for large scale and outdoor applications.

Pressure and Coverage: High-pressure spray systems operate at significantly higher pressures (often 2000 to 4000 psi), which allows for a larger spray radius and more powerful atomisation of solutions. This high-pressure capability can often be adapted to specialised applications within a remediation context.

Technical Components: While both systems can use various nozzles and technologies to achieve specific spray patterns, the designs and setups could differ based on intended application. Mobile atomiser units might focus more on creating mist-like droplets for broader coverage, while high-pressure systems may offer more control over droplet size and application intensity.

Applications: While they may serve similar purposes (dust and odour control), specific use cases may differ based on site requirements, regulatory frameworks, or the nature of the remediation job.

In summary, although both types of equipment serve overlapping functions in remediation efforts, mobile atomiser trailers focus on mobility and misting capabilities, while high-pressure spray systems emphasise pressure and precise application. The choice between them would depend on the specific needs of the remediation job being performed.

Static Atomisers

Our static atomiser units can be fixed to existing building frame works and/or set above the working height. We offer various machine sizes, for example we can offer a larger unit, if an increased number of water droplets, are required to cover a greater area.

We offer both Static and/or Oscillating units which are both cost effective. A site survey is required to be carried out to establish, where the dust or odour problem is originating from allowing us to offer the best solution to the problem.
