Atomiser Systems for Odour and Dust Control

Atomiser systems are used to control odour and dust by dispersing a fine mist of water or treatment solution into the air. The atomisation process produces small droplets that remain airborne long enough to interact with odour molecules and airborne dust particles, helping to neutralise smells and suppress dust at source.

Atomisers are suitable for industrial and environmental applications where large areas need to be treated efficiently with minimal water usage.

Mobile Atomiser Systems

Mobile atomisers provide a flexible alternative to fixed installations. These self-contained units are typically trailer-mounted or skid-mounted and are ideal for temporary works, changing site layouts, or locations where permanent installation is not practical.

Mobile atomisers are commonly used for remediation projects, recycling operations, wastewater treatment works, and other sites where odour or dust sources move over time.

Static Atomiser Systems

Static atomisers are fixed in position and typically installed on existing building frameworks or mounted above working height. These systems are designed to provide consistent odour and dust control in areas where emission sources are known and predictable.

A range of unit sizes is available, allowing coverage to be matched to the size and layout of the area. Larger units can be specified where a higher output or wider coverage is required. Both static and oscillating atomiser units are available, offering a cost-effective solution for long-term odour and dust control.

A site survey is carried out to identify the source and behaviour of dust or odour emissions, ensuring the most effective system layout and specification.
